About me

Hi! My name is Agustina Jarque. I'm from Uruguay and currently living in Ottawa, Canada.

I have experience in educational and clinical psychotherapy, and I am passionate about working with children. I have worked with kids with special needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

After moving to Canada, I started to question many things, including what I wanted to do with my career. I realized that I wanted to do something different for a change, something that had to do with my line of study and impacted a topic that I have been an advocate for a long time: inclusion. Therefore, that is how I came up with creating these sensory toys, which include and invite all children to play!

I encourage every kid to stimulate their development through play with these handmade sensory toys.

I believe motivation is the best way to learn, and since playing is children's language, it is the best way for us to connect with them.

In my past experience as a psychotherapist, many parents ask me what toys to give their children or how to play with them to help them. Therefore, we create every toy with great dedication and a unique purpose. Also, we provide plenty of information to explain the benefits of every toy and how to use them best.

I am happy to give families the chance to get closer to their kids through play. By understanding the benefits of playtime, parents can help their kids with their development in a fun and relaxed way.

I firmly believe that happy memories are the best gift someone can give to a child, and the best way to do so is by sharing unique moments of bonding with each other.
